smplfyIT was created in order to service Cochise County's need for personalized, complete, professional I.T. Support. Because PC issues don't always occur between 8-5 Monday-Friday, we're here to help 7:00 a.m.to 11:30 p.m. - 7 days a week. In order to be able to give you the best support possible, we offer everything from Mobile On-Site to Real-Time Online Support… My I.T. Profession started while working for one of those big box stores performing service calls to private homes and big businesses, while going to school to get A+ Certified in PC Repair. Soon after moving to Arizona, I started working for the county as a Network Administrator managing a network of well over 200 computers, including all the related, printers, telephones, servers, and network equipment; all while attending classes at UofA for CCNA, ITIL, Net+, and Security+. During this time I was also contracted as a technician with a business that specialized in business PC support. It was there I was able to hone my skills, supporting everything from huge multi-store automotive dealerships to small shops in our local mall. Later I occupied myself with a government contract before realizing I wanted nothing more than to get back to doing Real Hands-on PC Repair and Maintenance. That's when I saw that there was NO other company in Cochise County that could provide the needed support required. That's when smplfyIT was born.
